We pride ourselves in delivering products of the highest standard. If Cosmetic Art Dental Lab accepts a case, and for any reason it should fail to function correctly within five years of delivery date, we will repair or remake the case at no extra charge – excluding clinical costs. In this event, remainder of warranty period from original date of manufacture remains intact.
All repairs or replacements must be completed at our laboratory. Repairs made on any prosthesis or product by another laboratory will not be covered by our limited warranty.
Before using this product, you (the dentist) agree that it is your responsibility to determine whether it is suitable for the intended use and will assume all risk and/or liability associated with use of or inability to use the product.
Your account must be in good standing to honor any warranty.
